Ingredients:
- 250 g Curd/ Yogurt
- 50 g Green Gram (boiled)
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 25 g Carrot (chopped)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour curd in a bowl. Add add green gram and carrot. Mix well.
- Next, add chaat masala, salt and chilli powder. Mix well.
- Your raita is ready!
- Serve it chilled.
Suggestions:
- Serve it with rice or stuffed paranthas
