Paneer Kebabs with Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:
- 300 g Paneer Cubes (Cottage Cheese)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (paste)
- 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
- 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup Rice (cooked)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
For Chili Sauce
- 1/2 tsp red Chilies (ground)
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp green Chilies (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp Corn Flour
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix paneer, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl. Marinate it for 15-20 minutes.
- Alternately arrange paneer, red pepper and green pepper on the skewers.
- Brush them with oil and grill until they turn golden brown from all sides.
- Serve on rice, with the chili sauce.
For Chilli Sauce
- Grind red chilies, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the chili mixture and cook it for few seconds.
- Mix the corn flour into water and stir this into chili mixture.
- Add the salt and cook the sauce till it becomes thick.
- Remove from heat and serve with the paneer kebabs.
Suggestions:
- Serve it with plain rice and chilli sauce.
