Ingredients:
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 cups Rice (cooked)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 green Chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- When hot enough, add mustard seeds and green chillies and let it splutter.
- Add sliced onions and fry till they are golden brown
- Next, add pepper and salt.
- Now, add the rice and mix well.
- Put off the heat and add lime juice to the rice.
- Mix well
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
