Ingredients:
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1.6 oz package fresh Basil Leaves
- 16 oz package small Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 16 Toothpicks
Cooking Instructions:
- Thread each of the toothpicks with half a cherry tomato, one basil leaf and a mozzarella ball.
- Drizzle olive oil over each mini skewer and sprinkle salt and pepper and serve immediately.
