- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 oz dry Onion Soup Mix
- 10 oz Russian-style Salad Dressing
- 1 cup Apricot Preserves
Cooking Instructions:
- In a casserole dish, place the pork chops.
- In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, Russian dressing and apricot preserve and pour this over the chops.
- Bake in an oven preheated at 175 degrees C for 1 hour.
