Hanukkah Doughnuts

Ingredients:
- 1-2/3 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients except oil and sugar in large bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Place the doughnuts into oil carefully. Take 1 tbsp at a time.
- Fry for about 5 minutes.
- Take out from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Roll the doughnuts in powdered sugar.
- Doughnuts are ready to serve.
