Ingredients:
- 1 small Watermelon
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Crush
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger (chopped)
- A few sprigs of Fresh Mint Leaves
- Ice cubes
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the watermelon and remove the seed and freeze it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, take the frozen watermelon cubes and blend well till smooth.
- Add ice cubes, strawberry crush, a few mint leaves and chopped ginger and blend again.
- Serve chilled.
