Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (crushed)
- 1 Papaya (seeded and diced)
- 1/2 cup low-fat Milk
- 1 Banana
Cooking Instructions:
- In a blender, add all the fruits together and whirl until smooth.
- Then, add milk.
- Next, blend till all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Add ice cubes and serve
