Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup dry Sherry
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 Bay Leaf
Cooking Instructions:
- Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Now coat the chops in flour.
- Mix the sour cream, sherry, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf and paprika in a bowl.
- In a skillet heat the oil and cook the chops till brown on both sides.
- Pour the mixture over the chops in the skillet and simmer in low heat for 1 hour until the chops are tender.
