- 1 cup Berries (frozen)
- 1 large Banana
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1/8 cup Flax seed (ground)
- 1 tbsp fresh Ginger
Cooking Instructions:
- Add all these ingredients in a blender.
- Blend it well.
- Pour into tall glasses.
