Ingredients:
- 3 oz light Rum
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Sugar (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 cup Ice (crushed)
- 2 Mint sprigs (for garnish)
- 2 cup Soda
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel the bananas and break it into pieces.
- In a blender, blend bananas, rum, limejuice, sugar, mint leaves, ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Next, add soda and blend for a few seconds more.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with sprig of mint.
