Ingredients:
- 4 Carrots (grated)
- 2 Apples (chopped)
- 1 stalk Celery (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Raisins
- ½ cup Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon (ground)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine together carrots, apples, celery, raisins and walnuts in a large bowl.
- Add vanilla yoghurt and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix well till the ingredients are evenly blended.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve.
