Ingredients:
- Chicken Bok Choy Recipe
- 300 g Chicken Fillets
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Corn-Flour
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce (Light)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 250 g Bok Choy (Chinese White Cabbage)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ½ liter Water
- 4 Green Chili (Fresh and Chopped)
- 50 g Ginger (Chopped)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
- 5 ml Rice Wine
Cooking Instructions:
- Make cubes of the chicken fillets and marinate it with soya sauce, egg, corn-flour and ginger paste for 1 hour.
- Boil bok choy for 3 minutes with oil and salt. Drain the excessive water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and add marinated chicken to it with 1 tablespoon soya sauce, garlic, salt and chilies.
- Fry for 5 minutes and add rice wine. Place the bok-choy on a plate and put chicken over it.
- Serve hot.
