Ingredients:
- 1 kg Lamb chops
- 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh Mint (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (pressed)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp hot Pepper (ground)
- 2 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash the lamb chops and drain it thoroughly.
- Take a large bowl and mix the herbs, spices, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add the lamb chops in this and mix well to evenly coat the meat.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate the lamb chops for at least six hours or overnight.
- Remove the lamb chops from the fridge.
- Heat the grill. Lightly oil the grill rack to prevent the meat from sticking.
- Cook the lamb chops for 5-8 minutes on each side. Be careful while using the fats dripping.
- Serve them warm.
Suggestions:
- Serve it with roti or nan.
