Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Loin Chops (Boneless)
- 2 tbsp Cilantro (Fresh and Chopped)
- 4 French Bread Baguettes
- ¼ cup Lime Juice (Fresh)
- 1 Cucumber (Peeled)
- 1 Red Onion (Sliced)
- 1 oz Chili Sauce
- 3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Broil pork loins for 5 minutes in a preheated oven. Broil from all the sides.
- Cut the French bread into halves and apply mayonnaise on it.
- Take the pork and mix chili sauce and crushed garlic on it.
- Spread the filling on bread with lengthwise cut cucumber slices and onions on the top.
- Sprinkle pepper, salt and lime juice.
- Serve with ketchup.
