Ingredients:
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Curd (beaten)
- 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Green Chilies (seeded and chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 Black Cardamoms
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- First, microwave the corn for 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
- Sauté onion and tomato in a pan.
- Add other ingredients except curd and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now, add beaten curd. Fry for a minute.
- Now microwave the whole mixture for 5 minutes.
- Serve with butter roti.
