Ingredients:
- 8 oz (1 cup) Benedictine Liqueur
- 3 oz (1/3 cup) Kirsch or cherry-flavored Brandy
- 8 oz (1 cup) Gin (distilled)
- 1/2 cup Superfine Granulated Sugar
- 1 liter Club Soda (chilled)
- 3 tbsp Grenadine
- Maraschino Cherries (garnish)
Cooking Instructions:
- Stir the gin, Benedictine, kirsch, grenadine and sugar together till the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour a little of this concoction over ice cubes in tall glasses.
- Add a splash of club soda and serve.
