Ingredients:
- 3 pound boneless Pork Roast
- 14.5 oz Sauerkraut
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut a 5 inch slit on the top of the pork roast without cutting it clear through the bottom.
- Put the sauerkraut into to the slit by pressing it with the bottom of the spoon.
- Now place the roast in a slow cooker and cook for 9 hours in low heat.
