Ingredients:
- 1 cup Tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Ghee/Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Carrot (diced)
- 1 cup Corn (boiled)
- 1 cup Capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Green Chilli
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour oil/ghee in a saucepan and simmer for few seconds; add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Now toss chopped chillies, onion and ginger; panfry for few seconds.
- Mix carrot, salt, pepper powder and capsicum and fry.
- Add corn (boiled) and combine well.
- Add lemon juice and mix it with cooked rice.
- Serve it hot.
