Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 medium Yellow Bell Peppers (seeded and diced)
- 2 medium Red Bell Peppers (seeded and diced)
- 1 pound fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 2 medium Zucchini (cubed)
- 3 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 (16 ounce) package Turkey Kielbasa (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (or to taste)
- Parmesan Cheese (grated, for topping)
Cooking Instructions:
- Place a large skillet on medium-high heat and heat olive oil.
- Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, onion and garlic. Stir to evenly mix them.
- Add steak seasoning and onion powder. Cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add sausage and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add a dash of balsamic vinegar and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
