Ingredients:
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ oz Powdered Gelatin
- 2 oz Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Cooking Instructions:
- Take out the egg white out and keep the yolk for use.
- Take a little milk and dissolve in gelatin, beaten egg yolk, sugar and stir over the gas until it gets viscous.
- Take a wetted mould and pour it over it.
- Sprinkle vanilla essence and let it set for 30 minutes.
