Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds Pork Chops
- Garlic Powder (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 large head Cabbage (cut into squares)
- 1 pound large Egg Noodles
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Water (as required)
Cooking Instructions:
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on the pork chops.
- Place them in a large greased saucepan.
- Add onion and fry the mixture till it is well cooked and turns brown.
- Remove the chops and keep aside.
- Add water to the saucepan and mix with the pork drippings.
- Add cabbage and cook it completely.
- Boil the egg noodles in a separate large saucepan.
- Drain the noodles and mix with butter.
- Chop the pork into bite size pieces and keep aside.
- When the cabbage is well cooked, add pork pieces and cooked noodle.
- Mix well and serve hot.
