Ingredients:
- 1 large Mango (Peeled, Seeded and Diced)
- 3 Springs fresh Mint for garnish
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Fresh Mint (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Freshly Grounded Star Anise
- 1 tsp Freshly Grounded Cardamom
Cooking Instructions:
- Blend together mango, brown sugar, chopped mint, star anise, cardamom, lime juice and yogurt in a blender on high speed until smooth.
- Pour it into glasses and garnish them with fresh mint springs to serve.
