Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup plain Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat-free Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Granulated Artificial Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 4 large Carrots (shredded)
- 1 medium Tart Apple (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a bowl, mix carrots, raisins and apple.
- Take another bowl and mix mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, pepper and sweetener.
- Spoon the content over carrot mixture and stir in cheese.
