Ingredients:
- ¼ inch thick Lemon Slice
- 8 whole Cloves
- 1.5 fluid oz Jigger Irish Whisky
- ¾ cup Boiling Water
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Press the cloves into the peel of lemon slice all the way round, and then set them aside.
- Measure sugar and put it into a wine glass. Place a metal spoon in the glass with the curved side facing upwards.
- Pour in the boiling water over the back of the spoon, this will keep your wine glass from shattering. Stir the water properly for the sugar to dissolve completely.
- Pour in the whiskey into the glass and add lemon slice. Let the essence steep for about a minute before you drink.
