Ingredients:
- 2 cups Soju or Sake
- 1 Pink Lady or Granny Smith Apple
- 8 Lime Wedges
- 5 cups chilled Tonic Water
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the apples into matchsticks after removing the core. Put them in a pitcher and stir with soju. Cover it and let it chill for 30 min.
- Fill 8 double old-fashioned glasses with ice. Strain about ¼ cup soju into each glass and then add apple pieces to the glasses. Top off the drink with the tonic water and serve with lime wedges.
