Ingredients:
- 6 cups chunks cored Pineapple (Peeled)
- 6 cups Ice Cubes
- 12 oz Amber Rum
- ¾ cup superfine Granulated Sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh Lime Juice
- 3 oz Cointreau
Cooking Instructions:
- Strain 2 cups pineapple chunk, ¼ cup rum, 2 tbsp Cointreau, ½ tbsp lime juice, ¼ cup sugar and 2 cups ice in a blender at high speed for about 1 min.
- Transfer it to a large pitcher and then make 2 more batches in the same manner. Serve immediately.
