Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs (boiled and cut)
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 oz Water Chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (grounded)
- Oil
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chestnuts and eggs for a minute.
- Put mustard, pepper, paprika and salt.
- Remove the mixture in a bowl and put mayonnaise.
Suggestions:
- Serve immediately
