Ingredients:
- 2½ cups Apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
- 1 tsp White Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- ¾ cup Margarine (melted)
- ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
- A pinch of Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Grease a 9 inch pie pan lightly with margarine.
- Fill 2/3 of the pie pan with sliced apples.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 tsp white sugar.
- Mix 1 cup white sugar and margarine in a medium bowl.
- Add pecans, flour, egg and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture over the apples.
- Bake the pie for 65 minutes till it turns golden brown.
