Ingredients:
- 500 g Fish (cut into cubes)
- 2 cups Yoghurt (blended)
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1 Cardamom
- 2 inch Ginger (paste)
- 1 Onion (paste)
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- 4 tbsp Mustard Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Roll the fish pieces separately in corn flour.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the fish till golden.
- Add all the other ingredients in the remaining oil except curd.
- Add little water to it to avoid burning.
- Add curd and boil for 2 minutes.
- Dip the fish pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
