Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Methi Leaves
- 2 Green Chilies (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- ½ tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Ajwain Seeds
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients in it.
- Add tablespoon oil and knead it with water, set aside for 15 minutes.
- Make small sized balls of the dough.
- Heat oil in a griddle and roast them on both the sides.
Suggestions:
- Serve hot with butter or chutney.
