Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- ½ tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp light Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Green Onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Onion (minced)
- ½ tsp Turmeric (ground)
- ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Coriander (ground)
- ½ tsp Cumin (ground)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat, and stir in garlic. Cook for 20 sec and then stir in onion, green onion, bell pepper and salt. Cook for a minute or two and let the vegetables soften. Sprinkle coriander, cumin and turmeric and cook for 30 sec till you get the fragrance.
- Once cooked spread the vegetables evenly over the skillet and then pour in the egg and cook gently until set. Turn it over and cook for 30 sec more to let it firm. Roll omelet on a plate and serve.
