Ingredients:
- 12 oz Shell Pasta
- ½ cup Peas (frozen)
- 2/4 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Mint (chopped)
- ¼ cup Cream (sour)
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Red Onion (sliced)
- 2 Celery Stalks (Chopped)
- ¼ cup Parsley (chopped)
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook peas and pasta in enough water until soft.
- Drain excess water and cool it.
- Put the pasta and peas in a large bowl with all other ingredients.
Suggestions:
- Serve chilled.
