Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cup Basil Infused Oil
- Few drops of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 large Watermelon
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop out watermelon with a cookie cutter.
- Cut Mozzerella and toss it on the top of chopped watermelon.
- Put sliced tomato on cheese.
- For basil infused oil, blend olive oil and basil in a food processor.
- Sprinkle over with balsamic vinegar and oil.
- Serve it immediately.
