Ingredients:
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 2 Pears (cored & sliced)
- 2 tsp Tarragon Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Pernod (optional)
- 1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 sprigs Celery (sliced)
- 1 Fennel Bulb (thinly sliced)
Cooking Instructions:
- Over the sliced pears, sprinkle the lemon juice.
- Add vinegar, mustard, salt, sugar and pernod. Blend it well and whisk it with sesame oil.
- Now arrange the chopped fruit and vegetable attractively in a bowl. Garnish it with celery and fennel bulb.
