Ingredients:
- 15-16 Shrimps (deveined and poached)
- 2 Avocados (cut into pieces)
- 2 medium Cucumbers (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt and black pepper powder and add shrimps, avocado and cucumbers to it. Mix well.
- In serving plate, arrange a bed of lettuce leaves and serve the salad on it.
