Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sake
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
- 3 Lychee nuts (canned or jarred)
- 1 Lime wedge
- Sliced Pear (garnish)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a shaker and place the lychee nuts, sugar and lime wedge.
- Mix up gently.
- Put in ice, sake and vodka.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sliced pear.
