Ingredients:
- 4 oz Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 3 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 4 oz Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Finely chop onion and tomatoes; mix it well.
- Now add vinegar, salt, chilli powder and sugar; stir it well.
- In a frying pan, heat oil and fry mustard seeds for 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon tomato mixture and sauté until chutney thickens.
- Allow it to cool and store it in a bottle.
