Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
- 250g Brinjal
- 250g Fenugreek Leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a frying pan and heat oil.
- Now add chopped onion and fry it until they turn brown.
- Add tomatoes, spices and salt.
- Add chopped brinjal when the mixture bubbles; stir well and cover till brinjal is cooked.
- Add fenugreek leaves and cook the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
