Ingredients:
- 5 cups Potatoes (mashed)
- ½ cup Cream
- 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2½ cups Flour
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine together potatoes and cream. Mix well.
- Add butter, flour and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Take a small piece of the mixture and roll it out as thin as possible.
- Deep fry them till they are lightly browned on both sides.
