Ingredients:
- 160 g Sugar
- 8 Eggs
- 160 g Refined Flour
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 500 g Butter
- 500 g Chocolate
- 2 Sprigs of Mint Leaves (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pan, melt chocolate and butter.
- Now add refined flour, egg yolk and vanilla essence.
- Pour pudding till 1/3 of the bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 240 degree F and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish it with mint leaves.
