Ingredients:
- 1 small Banana
- 1 scoop Protein Mix
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Crushed Ice Cubes
Cooking Instructions:
- In a blender, mix banana, ¼ cup milk and ice cubes. Blend it well until smooth.
- Now add the protein mix and remaining milk and blend it again.
- Pour it into glasses and enjoy the smoothie immediately.
