Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp fresh Mint Leaves (chopped)
- Rock Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed)
- 1 medium Apple (peeled & grated)
- Crushed Ice
- 1/2 medium Watermelon (seeded & cubed)
- 2-3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- In a blender, add watermelon, rock salt and powdered sugar; blend it well.
- Pour the mixture into a jar; now mix chopped mint, crushed cumin and ice; stir it well.
- Add peeled and grated apple to the watermelon mixture; stir it well.
- Now pour into glasses.
- Garnish it with mint before serving.
