Ingredients:
- 5 cups Beetroot Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4-5 Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4-5 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 2 medium Onions (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pan, heat some oil and add cloves, bay leaves and garlic and sauté.
- Add onions and cook till pink.
- Now add four cups of beetroot juice to it and cook till it thickens.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and stir.
- Remove from heat and add cream and mix well.
- Pour out the drink in cups.
- Fluff up the remaining beetroot juice to form froth on top.
- Serve hot.
