Ingredients:
- 4 Walnuts/Cashews
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 5 Almonds
- Few strands of Saffron (optional)
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1 cup Poha
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Warm Milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash poha thoroughly in water and drain; keep it aside in a serving bowl for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, blend a mixture of walnuts/cashews, almonds, cardamom, sugar and saffron.
- Add the mixture, along with milk, when poha turns soft.
- Mix it well and enjoy it immeditately.
