Ingredients:
- 12 Eggs
- 6 oz can Black Olives (drained and cut into half horizontally)
- 1 ½ tbsp Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp ground Paprika (For Dusting)
- 1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt & Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan. Once boiled, remove them from heat.
- Cover the pan and let the eggs stand for 10-12 min. Peel the eggs.
- Cut each egg into half lengthwise, remove the yolks and place the yolks in a bowl with mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt and pepper. Mash them and stir the mixture until smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Fill each egg white with deviled yolks mixture, using a spoon, piping bag or a sturdy plastic bag with a cut corner. Dust each egg with a pinch of paprika and place half olive into each egg.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 min or until chilled.
