Ingredients:
- 4 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- ¾ cup Peanut Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Combine rolled oats, brown sugar and white sugar in a medium bowl.
- Add melted butter and stir to blend the ingredients.
- Place the mixture into the bottom of the pan and pat it evenly.
- Bake the mixture for 15 minutes till it turns toasty.
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave or heat-proof bowl over simmering water. Make sure to stir occasionally.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the baked crust.
- Allow the preparation to cool before cutting it into squares.
