Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Red Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 sticks Celery (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano Or 2 pinches Ajwain
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Refined/Salad Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil tomatoes in water for 10 minutes.
- Allow it to cool down; remove the skin and grate into a pulp.
- Fry onion and celery in refined or salad oil for about 5 minutes.
- Now add tomato pulp, sugar, salt, chilli powder and oregano to the onion and celery mix.
- Cook in medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Spoon the cream and stir it well.
- Transfer in into a jar or any air tight container.
