Ingredients:
- 1 cup Soya Chunks (soaked in water)
- 1 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ½ inch Ginger
- ¼ tsp Aniseed
- ½ inch Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Grind garlic, ginger, cinnamon, aniseed together.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onions until golden.
- Fry tomatoes now. Once cooked, mash the paste to form a thick consistency.
- Squeeze soya chunks and remove the water.
- Add soya and salt.
- Now, add the ground paste.
- Cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
