Ingredients:
- 1 medium Papaya (peeled and chopped)
- 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Rind (grated)
- 4 tbsp Castor Sugar
- Crushed ice as required
- Lemon for garnishing
Cooking Instructions:
- In a blender, blend together papaya, coconut milk or milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, castor sugar and crushed ice ino a smooth consistency.
- Pour into tall glasses.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
- Serve chilled.
